Recipe for Zucchini in Air Fryer

We are making breaded air fryer zucchini with just a few simple ingredients that you can use for other vegetables as well! It makes you feel like you’re almost eating something deep-fried & crispy but can be oil-free or minimal-oil.

I love this recipe because I think you can pretty much replicate this with most vegetables. The ingredients are super affordable and easy to find and it can take a boring vegetable and turn it into a delicious appetizer that is still healthy but much more fun to eat!

Cut up your zucchini into disc shapes around 1cm thick.

In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, water, salt, garlic powder and onion powder with a whisk or fork until smooth.

So easy and yummy! Reminds me of tempura but healthier. I love having healthy alternatives to more junky meals. I can’t wait to try this with broccoli.
