Ingredients for Rice Flour Pancakes (Vegan)
- Rice Flour (Brown or White)
- Plant-based Milk
- Bananas
Optional Add-ins:
- Blueberries
- Chocolate Chips
Optional Toppings:
- Vegan Nutella / Hazelnut Spread
- Banana
- Berries
- Powdered Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Whipped Coconut Cream
- Maple Syrup
How To Make Rice Flour Pancakes
All you have to do is add your rice flour, plant-based milk and bananas into a blender and blend for around 30-40 seconds or until completely smooth.
If you want to add any add-ins, put your pancake batter into a mixing bowl and fold the ingredients in (such as blueberries or chocolate chips).
Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat and add a generous amount of vegetable oil or vegan butter. Once heated, scoop out around 1/2 cup of the pancake batter for each pancake.
Cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Serve with maple syrup, fruit and any other toppings of choice.
