This recipe for a vegan protein breakfast bowl is a super quick 2 mins recipe! This recipe is for 1 vegan breakfast bowl but you can multiply based on how many people you’re making breakfast for!

All you need is plain vegan kefir or plant-based yogurt, vegan protein powder, and your choice of fresh fruit, sweetener and granola if you want!

I love the versatility of this breakfast bowl recipe because you can fill it with anything you want on top of the high-protein vegan kefir/yogurt mixture. I love topping my breakfast bowls with fresh fruit, granola and even a natural sweetener like agave syrup!

Cheap Lazy Vegan Protein Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • Vegan Kefir – plant-based kefir (plain) or plant-based yogurt (plain)
  • Vegan Protein Powder
  • Fruit of choice
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Granola of choice (optional)


This breakfast recipe is vegan, gluten-free, & nut-free!

To make the recipe soy-free, use a soy-free kefir & protein powder.


How To Make Protein Breakfast Bowl (Vegan)

  1. Start making your high-protein breakfast bowl by adding vegan kefir (plain) and vegan protein powder into a protein shaker cup (or use a whisk in a bowl). Mix until well combined then pour into a bowl.

    If you rather use vegan yogurt and/or if you don’t have a shaker cup, place the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine instead.

2. Feel free to add any sweetener of choice, if needed. Top with fresh fruit of choice and granola, if desired. And enjoy your breakfast bowl!
