How To Make No Bake Dessert (Vegan)

  1. In a bowl, combine your choice of vegan Greek yogurt (unsweetened or vanilla) with peanut butter until smooth.
  2. If desired, add agave nectar or maple syrup for sweetness. Mix the ingredients together until you have a creamy peanut butter yogurt mixture.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, place the vegan chocolate chips along with a small amount of coconut oil. The coconut oil will help with melting and create a smoother texture when hardened.
  4. Microwave the chocolate in 10-second increments, stirring in between, until it’s completely melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread it out (on the top) evenly with a spoon. The chocolate should begin to solidify quickly due to the cold yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top of the chocolate before it completely hardens. This will add a nice crunch and nutty flavour.
  7. Add a pinch of salt as well for a bit of saltiness will bring out all the other flavours.
  8. Place the bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate shell is firm.
  9. Once the chocolate shell is hardened, remove the bowl from the freezer and enjoy!
