I absolutely love food/life hacks (especially food). I love the idea of simplifying and taking shortcuts!! So I had to bring you guys another vegan food hacks video, this time showing you recipes using only 5 ingredients! Of course, you can always tweak the recipes by adding less or more ingredients depending on your own preference and what you have on hand. As always, the recipes are very customizable to your own liking – these are simply ideas!

5 INGREDIENT VEGAN RECIPE HACKS
Black Bean Quesadilla
Ingredients –
- 1 Tortilla Wrap
- 1/2 cup salsa approx. (more or less depending on your preference)
- 1/2-1 can of black beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1/2 avocado
- Nutritional Yeast (however much you want!)
Pita Pizza
Ingredients –
- Pita bread
- Tomato/marinara sauce
- Chopped mushrooms (or any other vegetable of choice)
- Chopped garlic
- Vegan pepperoni or smoked tofu pieces (optional)
- Nutritional yeast or vegan cheese (optional)
Cold Avocado Pasta
Ingredients –
(probably enough for 2-3 servings)
- Pasta or noodles of choice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- Nutritional yeast (as much as you want)
- Salt & pepper to taste
