This is a vegan version of the viral chili oil ramen that you can easily make with just a few ingredients you probably already have at home and a package of noodles (like instant noodles!)

This vegan chili oil ramen is one of the easiest meals you could make, especially if you use instant noodles! Just make sure the instant noodles you are using are vegan-friendly. Ingredients
- Instant Noodles + Seasoning packet
- Oil
- Garlic
- Black Pepper
- Sesame Seeds
- Rice Vinegar
- Vegan Egg (optional)
- Green onion (optional)

- To make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free instant noodles
- To make this soy-free, omit the vegan egg patty.
How To Make Chili Oil Ramen (Vegan)
1. To prepare your vegan chili oil ramen, start by cooking the noodles from the instant noodle package without the seasoning according to instructions (usually 4-5 mins). Drain when done.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil on a pan for a few minutes (without letting it smoke) until you can stick a chopstick in and bubbles form right away (tip for when you can tell the oil is hot and ready).
3. While the oil heats up, add around 2/3 of the instant noodle seasoning packet, garlic, black pepper, sesame seeds and rice vinegar in a serving bowl.
4. Next, pour the hot oil from your pan into the serving bowl and it should sizzle nicely. Mix around right away to create your chili oil sauce.
5. Then, add the cooked instant noodles and mix well to create your chili oil noodles!
6. To make vegan ramen, prepare my 7-mins vegan egg patty by using the leftover oil from the pan to cook up the vegan egg, if desired.
7. Add chopped green onions (optional) and top with the vegan egg patty! Enjoy your vegan chili oil ramen!

- 1 Pot for cooking instant noodles
- 1 Pan Large non-stick
- 1 Small bowl

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 vegan egg patty
- 3 stalks green onion
