Holiday season means indulgence! And indulgence means dessert! This dessert is literally a combination of some of my favourite things… peanut butter, chocolate and cheesecake! It’s also a lot healthier than most standard desserts (of course, it’s still probably not very low in calories, but we’re allowed to indulge once in a while… right?).
For this video/recipe, I teamed up with iHerb.com, which is an online health store featuring tons of different products including groceries, supplements, beauty products and more. It’s an awesome website because they also have tons of vegan friendly items. Many of the products I used for this recipe can be found on the website. Gonna try these today. I’m using regular peanut butter and I’m going to try soaking the dates that should make them chop better.
