How To Make Frozen Broccoli In Air Fryer
1. For cripsy, tasty, charred broccoli (my fave!) start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F (or 200 degrees C) for around 3-5 minutes. This step is optional as most air fryers don’t require preheating but help increase the crispiness. You can also preheat and prep your frozen broccoli in 1 min and add them to the air fryer if you don’t want to wait 3-5 mins.
2. In a mixing bowl, add frozen broccoli florets (do not thaw) and coat them with oil. Toss to coat evenly. This helps with the broccoli from sticking inside the air fryer.
3. Want plain roasted broccoli? Skip this step. But I definitely recommend adding seasoning (salt, garlic powder and paprika) and tossing well so that the seasoning is evenly coated.
4. Add into your air fryer tray and air fry at 400 degrees F (or 200 degrees C) for around 10-14 minutes total depending on your air fryer, tossing halfway (or until desired crispiness). Just check-in on them after 10 mins and cook for a little longer if need be.
Some air fryers are more powerful and can cook faster, so you might have your preferred cooked broccoli in 10 mins, whereas I found 14 mins (flipped halfway) for my air fryer was perfect to get perfectly charred, tasty broccoli! It’s better to cook for a shorter time and look first and then add more time vs overcooking it based on your specific air fryer. Enjoy right away while it’s still hot!

I was pleasantly surprised at how addictive these were. The broccoli florets do char a bit in the air fryer but I love the charred effect. Super tasty and so easy.
