Exploring the London Vegan Food Scene (Video)

Watch the video above to see “What I Ate in a Day in London”

As you may know by following my social media accounts (mainly Instagram), you probably know that I made a short visit to London in February after my Scotland trip. I spent about a week in London and since I used to live there for two years, it really was like a trip back to my second home.

I probably spent the majority of my time eating and eating and eating. This day was no exception. I spent the day with one of my best friends, Daniel, who you’ve seen many times before on my YouTube channel. We spent a day at the Broadway Vegan Market, which is something that didn’t exist when I lived in London!

We each got a main meal, then we got some more snacks/dessert afterwards. I filmed us eating and trying what we got, so definitely check out the video to see our reaction and our critiques of the foods. Some of it may be harsh…

Then we hung around East London for a while, had some coffee and in the evening, Daniel and I went to the Eat Chay x Lele’s pop up event! Eat Chay is a vegan Asian fusion market stall in London and Lele’s is a vegan cafe. We actually had the privilege of meeting the founders of Eat Chay before they opened up (they watch my YouTube videos!) and taste-testing some of their soon-to-be menu. They’ve grown a lot since then and they’ve expanded their menu – so proud!

So of course, we had to visit their popup location and eat their delicious food once again…
