Easy Vegan Oreo Cake in 3 Minutes

Oh boy, it has been a while since I wrote any sort of blog post… *guilty face*. May I just say, HELLO!! I’m not the best blogger as I’m sure many of you have already guessed, but I’m planning on changing that. If you are subscribed to me on YouTube or follow me on Instagram, you know that a lot has been happening in my life, which is why I’ve been so pre-occupied and unable to pay a lot of attention to this blog.

After living in London for two years (since June 2014 to June 2016), I’m now back in my home in Canada. My work contract and working visa expired in June so I subsequently went travelling for about 2.5 months around Europe – mainly East. I visited Italy, Spain, Germany, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Greece and Romania – in that order!

So now I’m back in Canada and I’m a “full-time YouTuber”. Sounds surreal, even just saying it! But it’s not all fun and games – it’s actually a ton of work. Currently I’m doing a challenge to post 30 videos in 30 days in September. It’s been going well but keeping me very busy. Another one of the top priorities on my to-do list is to make sure I pay attention to and work hard on this blog.

ANYWAY for those of you absolutely uninterested in all of this – I’m sure you’d be interested in this recipe. It is the most delicious thing that you can make in 3 minutes – I can almost guarantee it haha. If you like oreos and if you like cake, there is no reason you wouldn’t like this. It’s sort of a random thing that I came up with after I made my 2 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake video which many people seemed to enjoy.

I bring you the 3 MINUTE VEGAN OREO CAKE.

It’s literally SO easy to make and all you need is just a few ingredients. I would consider this to be like a “cookies and cream” type of cake and that’s what it really tastes like. A really good mix of vanilla with Oreo cookies. Oh my word, is it ever amazing.

3 MINUTE VEGAN OREO MUG CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients (for one serving)

  • 5 Oreo cookies (or more if desired)
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour (you could probably use another type of flour, but I have not tried anything else myself)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp non dairy milk
  • 1/2 – 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions can be found in my video below:

I really hope you try this and enjoy. Please share this recipe with anyone that loves Oreos!

Love,

Rose

Spread the love
