Almond butter is very easy to use for a dressing recipe! You can make it and use right away or store in the fridge to use throughout the week. It’s also the perfect dressing to make for any salads, bowls, or for dipping food in.
Containing only 6 ingredients, the result of this delicious sauce is a peanuty, sweet and slightly tangy flavour that will have you addicted!
This recipe is vegan and gluten-free!
Ingredients
- Almond Butter
- Apple Cider Vinegar / Rice Vinegar (or lime/lemon juice)
- Maple Syrup or Agave nectar
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Ground Ginger
To make the recipe gluten-free, simply use gluten-free soy sauce.
To make the recipe soy-free, you can try to use a soy-free alternative like coconut aminos.
How To Make Dressing with Almond Butter
1. Start making your almond butter dressing by adding all ingredients (except water) into a bowl and mix well until smooth.
2. Add small splashes of water to thin out the dressing to your liking.
3. Store in a tightly sealed jar or container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and enjoy with Buddha Bowls, salads, noodles, rice or as a dipping sauce for salad rolls and so much more.

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar or lime/lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nextar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce or soy/gluten-free alternative
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp water up to 2 tbsp to thin out the almond butter dressing to your liking
