The quickest way to make air fryer potatoes and carrots is to cut them into thin slices like fries so they cook fast and save you lots of time in the end!

How to make potatoes and carrots in air fryer

The recipe is vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, soy-free & nut-free!

You can try to make air fryer potatoes and carrots oil-free but it won’t turn out as good.

How To Make Potatoes and Carrots in Air Fryer

Cut up peeled potatoes and carrots into thin match sticks (slightly thinner than fries – this allows them to cook faster).

Into a bowl, add potato and carrot slices, oil, and salt. Mix everything together to coat.

Place potatoes and carrots onto air fryer tray in a single layer and air fry at 370 degrees F for around 15-18 minutes (depending on your air fryer), tossing halfway through.

Take out of the air fryer and serve with your sauce of choice as a dip! 

Enjoy your air fried potatoes and carrots on it’s own or as a side dish to any meal!

  • 2 Carrots medium length, peeled
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil to coat potatoes and carrots
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

    I love the thinly sliced potatoes (I skipped carrots but will try with carrots too next time). It almost feels like eating fries. Super yum and simple.
