Vegan Nut & Lentil Roast

The perfect vegan substitute for meatloaf! I always LOVE making a vegan roast during this time of year – it takes a little bit of work but it’s so worth it. This Vegan Nut & Lentil Roast is even soy-free, making it a great choice if you’re allergic to soy. Not only that — you can easily make this gluten- or oil-free if you like!

Lentil Meatball Recipe

When you’re craving for some good ol’ classic spaghetti, it always feels incomplete when they’re not paired with some vegan meatballs! This recipe uses lentils again, and can be either air-fried, pan-fried, or baked!

Vegan Lasagna with Tofu Ricotta

Comforting, satisfying, flavourful, and delicious! What makes this unique is that it uses tofu ricotta (homemade using firm tofu and a couple of magic spices – it’s so good, you’ll be shocked). That way, you won’t have to buy tons of vegan cheeses (although you can still use some for topping!)

Creamy Pumpkin Fries

Any recipe that includes potato fries dipped in a savoury, creamy sauce is a winner, but this one adds a taste of autumn to your dishes by using pumpkin puree! Perfect for introducing new flavours! It’s a bit unconventional but it’s oh-so-comforting.
