VEGAN THANKSGIVING RECIPES: MAINS
The perfect vegan substitute for meatloaf! I always LOVE making a vegan roast during this time of year – it takes a little bit of work but it’s so worth it. This Vegan Nut & Lentil Roast is even soy-free, making it a great choice if you’re allergic to soy. Not only that — you can easily make this gluten- or oil-free if you like!
Comforting, satisfying, flavourful, and delicious! What makes this unique is that it uses tofu ricotta (homemade using firm tofu and a couple of magic spices – it’s so good, you’ll be shocked). That way, you won’t have to buy tons of vegan cheeses (although you can still use some for topping!)
VEGAN THANKSGIVING RECIPES: SIDES/SNACKS
Don’t worry, you won’t be spending lots of time making those croissants! Instead, this recipe uses ready-made croissants (Pillsbury — if using another brand, make sure it’s vegan) and marinara sauce. Plus, you have the option of either using store-bought vegan cheese or making your own!
Let us allow our friend the vegan caesar salad to take a break by opting for a different salad this time! This uses broccoli and cranberry — an unlikely combination but one that you’ll be happy discovering as it adds a truly refreshing taste to your Thanksgiving dinner!
VEGAN THANKSGIVING RECIPES: DESSERTS
If you’re too lazy to bake in the oven, all you need to do is make this recipe as you will only need to freeze this for 3-4 hours (proooobably not as quick as baking but at least you got the oven reserved for the must-roast food!). Delicious, easy to make, and definitely satisfies the sweet tooth!
